Built off the success of The Shorty Bar, The Longy Bar was designed to maximize the width of your lat pulldowns, seated rows and landmine rows. 

With a wider design than the Shorty Bar, the Longy Bar provides ample space for a comfortable and secure grip, allowing you to work on your upper body strength without any compromise. Using variable grip d-handle bars that allow you to attach the handles of your choice, it a versatile tool that can adapt to your specific workout needs. By flipping The Longy Bar, you can also use your single attachment accessories for landmine work. 

Holes set at 24in and 10.4in apart, make the Longy Bar the perfect compliment to cable systems such as the REP Fitness Ares.

Ares Accessory Essential

Great quality and highly versatile. Able to get so much more out of my Ares and added much more variety to my cable workouts. Love that it’s made in the USA by a small business owner who also enjoys the home gym life.

Great addition to the gym. Really well built and quality. Love the concept of being able to put any attachment on it and to the spacing I want vs something that is preset. Also it doubles as T bar rows or other movements. Overall pretty sweet!

highly versatile and easy to hange weigths

I use the longy bar for all sorts of training. I have a rep Athena and it easyly hooks into the cable attachments from each side of my rep pr 5000 rack. I also use it with the lat and low row attachment and it is great. I use the holes to feed resistance bands and do all types of bar work with band resistance along with hooking in handles. It is great for a ton of things.
