The Shorty Bar was designed to allow you to choose the most efficient width for your lat pulldowns, seated rows and landmine rows.
The Shorty bar has 8 adjustment points on each side to attach your favorite d-handles. By flipping The Shorty Bar, you can also use your single attachment accessories for landmine work.

The utility on this is actually insane. You can do landmine rows, pull downs, and seated rows with so much flexibility. I didn’t think you could get this much utility from one piece - it’s made me rethink my approach to building out my home gym!

I picked up the shorty bar during Black Friday - and debated between the Shorty and the Longy. I'm an older lifter (pushing 50) and so went with the Shorty because I thought unlikely I would need anything wider, and this turned out to be exactly the case. The bar is well built, will help me make better use out of my lat pulldown and landmine. I'm selling my Back Widow now that I have this as this will be more versatile for me. Great option that I highly recommend!
